Who we are

[Aprazio LLC — Wyoming, formation pending; confirm final legal name], operating as Aprazio ("Aprazio," "we," "us"), located at [business address, once registered]. Contact us at hello@aprazio.com with any privacy questions.

Information we collect

When you request an appraisal, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email, phone number, vehicle identification number (VIN), vehicle details, photographs you upload, any notes you include, and (optionally) your own estimate of the vehicle's value and how you heard about us. If you apply to the Aprazio Collective, we collect your name, contact information, location, and the professional background you share with us. When payment is enabled, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe) — Aprazio does not store your full card details.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare and deliver your appraisal, to route On-Site Inspection requests to an appropriate Collective appraiser, to communicate with you about your order, and to evaluate Collective applications. We may also occasionally contact past customers about related services or ask for a review — you can opt out of that kind of outreach at any time by contacting us (below) or using the unsubscribe link in the message itself, and doing so never affects any appraisal you've already ordered. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing with appraisers

For On-Site Inspections, the vehicle and contact details necessary to complete the inspection are shared with the assigned Collective appraiser. Collective appraisers are independent and are expected to handle your information only for the purpose of completing your appraisal.

Data retention

We retain appraisal records and supporting documentation for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal or recordkeeping obligations, and support any report you may need to reference later.

Your choices

You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you or to request deletion, subject to any records we're required to keep.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Aprazio's services evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
