Appraisal reports reflect our professional opinion of a vehicle's value or condition based on the information and photographs provided at the time of the request. They are not a guarantee of sale price, insurability, loan approval, mechanical soundness, or any other outcome.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the VIN, vehicle details, photographs, and other information you submit. Appraisals are based on what's provided and may not reflect issues that weren't disclosed or weren't visible in submitted photographs.
Pricing is provided at the time of your request. Payment is due before an appraisal is finalized or before an On-Site Inspection is scheduled, and is processed by a third-party payment provider once enabled.
On-Site Inspections may be completed by an independent appraiser in the Aprazio Collective rather than by Aprazio directly. Collective appraisers are independent contractors, not Aprazio employees.
On-Site Inspection availability depends on Collective appraiser coverage and reasonable travel distance to your vehicle's location. If we're unable to reach your location with a Collective appraiser, we will, at your election, either refund the On-Site Inspection fee in full or convert your order to a Virtual Appraisal at no additional charge.
